 Паевой инвестиционный фонд как эффективный институт защиты частных инвесторов

Аннотация

В статье дается оценка деятельности паевых инвестиционных фондов (ПИФ) как эффективных институтов защиты частных инвесторов. Показано отличие ПИФ от негосударственных пенсионных и чековых инвестиционных фондов, раскрыт статус пайщика ПИФ.

The unit investment trust as effective institutes of protection of private investors

Annotation

The estimation of activity of unit investment trust (UIT) has given in this article, as effective institutes of protection of private investors. In the article distinction has shown between UIT and non-State pension funds and voucher investment fund, also has also exposed shareholder's status of UIT.
