Статья посвящена анализу и изучению международного и российского опыта создания и продвижения особых экономических зон (ОЭЗ). Вскрываются основные причины слабой активности иностранных инвестиций в российские ОЭЗ, исследуются нерешенные проблемы в самой политике продвижения особых экономических зон.

An analysis and study of international and Russian experience of creation and advancement of the special economic zones (SEZ) has conducted in the article. Also principal reasons of weak activity of foreign investments open up in Russian SEZ, unsolved problems are explored in the policy of advancement of the special economic zone.
