Мотивационный механизм и его эндогенный уровень

В статье раскрываются ключевые проблемы мотивационных механизмов, обеспечивающих экономический рост с учетом факторных влияний, включая эндогенный уровень человека. Эффективность производственно-хозяйственной деятельности рассматривается с точки зрения раскрытия внутренней природы мотивационный интересов человека.

Motivational mechanism and its endogenous level

The article describes the key issues of motivational mechanisms to ensure economic growth, taking into account the factor of influences, including the endogenous level of the person. The efficiency of production and economic activity is considered from the point of view of the disclosure of internal motivational nature of human interests.
