Аннотация

Научная статья посвящена проблеме реформирования налоговой системы Российской Федерации в современных условиях, в том числе с учётом развивающегося глобального финансового кризиса. Поднимается проблема срочного и радикального изменения налоговой системы, устранения азногласий данной системы с бюджетной системой РФ, что, по мнению автора, должно привести налоговую систему в соответствие с реальными условиями российской экономики.

Annotation

The scientific article is devoted the problem of reformation of the tax system of a Russian Federation in modern terms, including taking into account a developing global financial crisis. The problem of urgent and radical change of the tax system, removals of disagreements of this system, rises with the budgetary system of Russian Federation, that, in opinion of author, must bring the tax system to conformity with the real terms of the Russian economy.
